EFT literally pulled me out of a downward spiral....

"I lost my mother two years ago to cancer and it was very upsetting for me. I went through what I thought was a proper grief process.  Recently, however, I began to experience severe anxiety, stomach agitation, and a loss of appetite. It came as a surprise to me as I had never really experienced anything quite like it.  I was concerned about my mental health, but I didn't want to take medication or go to psychiatry.  Instead, I went to see Frances for an EFT session.

It reduced my initial anxiety and even allowed me to get a good night’s sleep. It literally pulled me out of a downward spiral so that I could begin the process of recovery.  I am still in the process of releasing some emotions surrounding my mother’s death but I am feeling much better now, the anxiety is gone, the depression has lifted and I am no longer afraid of a relapse because I know that EFT helped me to release the major emotional blockages that were causing these sensations in the first place.  Grief is not easy to deal with. It can be very overwhelming and painful. As a result, some of the pain becomes retained, instead of released. EFT will allow you to deal with the pain and suffering attached to grief in a very manageable way so that you can begin to heal and grow."
