"I had first heard of EFT on the internet while searching for alternative health methods and I was immediately intrigued. While on the EFT website, I searched for local practitioners in my area and came across Frances' web site.  Noticing she had several introductions and classes to offer I began to inquire. After speaking to Frances I decided to take the Level 1 full day introductory course for EFT Level 1 since I was so unfamiliar with EFT.

I was still a bit skeptical when I got there, but after learning the methodology behind it and through Frances' guidance I began to see the true realm of possibilities. If anyone is remotely interested in EFT I suggest taking the Level 1 training course.  Since my experiences in the course, I have been able to eliminate my headaches, eliminate work stress and get much more restful sleep and I have only scratched the surface.
