Example: this neck pain Tap on eyebrow point; side of eye; under eye; under nose; under lip (chin point); collarbone; under arm; liver point; wrist points; top of head. Check your intensity. If not at 0 continue tapping for another round Step Two: If your intensity is still not 0 Repeat this setup phrase three times while tapping on the karate chop point Even though I still have some of this ______ (reminder phrase) I deeply and completely accept myself anyway. Tap 5 to7 times on each point on the chart, using the reminder phrase This remaining___ (name problem with minimal words). Example: this remaining neck pain Tap on eyebrow point; side of eye; under eye; under nose; under lip (chin point); collarbone; under arm; liver point; wrist points; top of head. Check intensity level. If not 0 continue rounds using Step Two Setup until you have no intensity.
