As part of the Class, you will learn about a healing technique called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) which is a modality referred to as a type of energy healing and coaching technique.  You acknowledge that you have reviewed my website and understand the information presented therein about EFT.

Due to the experimental nature of EFT, you agree to assume and accept full responsibility for any and all risks associated with using EFT as part of your participation in the Class.  The information presented during the Class is provided only as general information and is not intended to represent that EFT is used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or psychological disorder.

EFT is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.  You understand that you are advised to continue any physical or psychological treatment that you're currently receiving and to inform your health care providers about taking this Class and receiving training in EFT.

Any stories or testimonials presented during the Class do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or prediction regarding the outcome of an individual using EFT for any particular issue.  Further, you understand that I make no warranty, guarantee, or prediction regarding any outcome for you using EFT during or after the Class for any particular purpose.  You agree and understand that the information presented in this Class is only for your own personal use.  Please be advised that in participating in the Class emotional or physical sensations or additional unresolved memories may surface which could be perceived as negative side effects.  It is possible to experience some emotional distress and physical sensations related to prior life experiences.  The clinical reports from energy therapies such as EFT show no additional side-effects when used appropriately.

In addition, previously vivid or traumatic memories may fade.  This could adversely impact your ability to provide detailed legal testimony regarding a traumatic incident.  You agree to take full responsibility for your self-care in the, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual dimensions of your life and to seek professional advice as appropriate before making any health decisions.

I'm a life coach, ordained minister, and a certified (Cert-1) EFT  Coach.  Any methods I use, including EFT, are considered
alternative or complementary to healing arts that are licensed by the Province of Ontario.  I am not a psychotherapist, a registered or licensed counselor, a licensed physician nor are my services licensed by the province of Ontario.  For good and valuable consideration, you agree to fully release and hold harmless, Frances Soda and her agents, promoters, independent
contractors, consultants, volunteers, and others associated with her from any and all claims or liability whatsoever and for any damage or injury, including but not limited to, personal, emotional, psychological or otherwise, which you might incur as a result of you voluntary
decision to participate in the Class.  You represent that you're competent and able to understand the nature and consequences of participating in the Class.

RELEASE

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby consent to the recording of my voice and the use of these recordings singularly or in conjunction with other recordings for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes.

I further consent to the reproduction and/or authorization by Frances Soda to reproduce and use said recordings of my voice, for use in all domestic and foreign markets.

Further, I understand that others, with or without the consent of Frances Soda may use and/or reproduce such recordings.

I hereby release Frances Soda, Keys To Emotional Freedom  and any of its associated or affiliated companies, their directors, officers, agents, employees and customers, and appointed advertising agencies, their directors, officers, agents and employees from all claims of every kind on account of such use.
